I love Dr Dietch... He's knowledgeable and has been a great advocate. It's a shame he is where he is. Be prepared to be there atleast 2 hours waiting... To go get blood work to wait more . To go back to your room to wait some more and then finally to checkout .. to yes, wait another 30 mins or more. I had a basic physical.. nothing special. I was there 3 and a half hours long. I was having a panic attack by the end because it was endless how slow it was going and I had places I needed to be. Even at check out it was one person with a line of 5 other people and no one jumped in to help the line. I love my Dr, but with how long I'm waiting I'm hesitant to go back.

I am pleased to share my positive experience with Tri-County Medical Clinic. The quality of care and the professionalism of the staff are truly commendable, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable medical attention. Regarding the facility's accessibility, please note that some GPS navigation systems may mistakenly direct you to the Noor Academy next door. If you find yourself at the academy, the clinic is conveniently located just one building over. While I am officially rating my experience as 4 stars, this reflects a personal nuance that I prefer not to disclose in a public forum. However, please do not let that deter you; the clinical service itself is excellent, the staff is attentive, and the overall patient experience is top-tier. Thank you to the entire team for the dedicated service and care you provide to the community.

My partner has been a patient at this office for four years. He is currently dealing with serious health concerns and significant anxiety related to ongoing medical issues. The day prior to this incident, he went in for repeat bloodwork and was scheduled — in person — for an urgent physical the following morning at 9:00 AM. He was given a written appointment slip confirming the date and time. I was physically present when the appointment was made. When he arrived at 9:00 AM as instructed, he was told he “did not have an appointment.” The staff member (Melody) who scheduled him the day before refused to take accountability, got up, and walked away rather than addressing the mistake. When he respectfully asked to speak with her to resolve the issue, he was told no. There was no effort to check further, no apology, no attempt to accommodate a patient who had been coming there for four years and was clearly in distress. He was anxious and overwhelmed because his health issues are ongoing and serious. In a moment of panic, he muttered a single profanity to himself out of frustration. It was not directed at anyone. I have had wonderful care from all the providers I've seen in this practice over the last 7 years. Dr. Dietch and Tracy are both terrific. Most often, though, I see Danny Braschayko for my appointments. Danny is everything you'd ever want in a health care provider. He is knowledgeable, incredibly caring, and always fully "present" in our appointments. I have never once felt rushed or, in any way, dismissed. He is both highly professional and wonderfully personal in his approach. I highly recommend Danny!

I recently had a Morpheus8 with microneedling procedure with Dr. Kenneth Wolok, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. What stood out most was how caring and attentive Dr. Wolok was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I understood the technology and what to expect during the healing process. He truly listened to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable before we even began. It is rare to find a provider who is so genuinely invested in their patient’s well-being. His sincerity was most evident in the days following the treatment. He stayed in constant contact with me for several days afterward just to check on my progress and see how I was doing. Knowing he was only a message away gave me such peace of mind. If you are looking for a doctor who combines high-level expertise with a sincere, compassionate approach, look no further than Dr. Wolok. Even though the results for this type of procedure will become more evident over the next few months I can say that I am already very satisfied with how my skin looks now! But it’s the exception
